We are looking for an organised, proactive and friendly Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of Jogo Behaviour Support. This is an important role within our small, supportive team. You will help keep our systems, communication and finances running efficiently so that our therapists and trainers can focus fully on supporting children, families and schools.

The Office Manager oversees the smooth running of our office and provides administrative, financial and operational support to the organisation.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our schools, families and partners, ensuring communication is warm, clear and professional.
You will also support bookkeeping, record keeping and the organisation of courses and events.
Your work will enable the wider team to focus on delivering high-quality support to children and young people.
Office and systems
- Managing office systems and procedures
- Maintaining electronic and paper records
- Coordinating databases and case files
- Keeping the office environment organised, safe and welcoming
- Managing supplies and resources
Communication
- Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries
- Managing bookings, calls and correspondence
- Liaising with schools, families and partners
- Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administration
Finance
- Using QuickBooks to process invoices, expenses and payments
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting budgeting and expenditure tracking
- Preparing monthly summaries for directors
Compliance and governance
- Maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance
- Supporting safeguarding procedures
- Preparing reports and meeting minutes
- Ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
Business support
- Preparing materials for training and courses
- Supporting marketing and communications
- Assisting with projects and service development

Essential experience
- Office administration or office management
- Microsoft Office 365
- Record keeping and data management
- Working with a range of stakeholders
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience
- QuickBooks knowledge
